I like the mits..They are pretty heavy and the beads move around so it is a little difficult to get everything situated once your hands are in the mits. Im sure the more I use them the better I will be at adjusting microwave time.

Heavy, and they take 3 minutes to sufficiently heat in my microwave, rotating at least once. But good for moist heat therapy of the entire hand and wrist. Best for top and bottom of hands only. I rotate my hands to get my thumbs (as only heat packs on top and bottom), and make fists to get my wrists.Wish the heat packs actually wrapped around the sides and went up the full length of the mittens, but were a tad thinner to reduce weight. No aromatherapy (like lavender that many of these have), and less lentil smelling than some.

These mits provide a relatively quick relief of pain. The more I use them, the longer relief I feel.

I love using these mittens to ease tension in my hands and wrists after giving massage. I thought that would be all I would use them for but now I’m using them all over my body! My FAVORITE way to use them is setting them on my shoulders, especially while I’m at my computer. They’re perfectly weighted to assist in dropping down my shoulders when I habitually scrunch them up to my ears. And they ease my tension in the most comforting way. I also lay on top of them during savasana and I feel like I’m melting into the earth. They hold their warmth for quite a while. My microwave may not be that powerful, so I need to put them in for about 3 minutes. Definitely very happy to have these!!

I got these because I broke my wrist and am now in PT. These work very well to make my hand and wrist feel good before I start my exercises. I am happy with this purchase.

I have ostopenia and arthritis in both hands and carpal in one as well. I ordered these and hoped I would receive some relief. I use twice a day for 20 minutes and have much relief from the moist heat. Very comforting.

They are really useful they do preserve heat , but they are really heavy just in case that information makes a difference for you.

My Raynaud’s symptoms have been wreaking havoc on my hands/fingers for a couple of months. I’ve had blood tests and x-rays to rule out any joint or nerve damage. I’ve tried epsom salt soaks, acupuncture/moxa/cupping and Golden milk (tumeric and ginger) to increase the blood flow, and tried topical steroid cream and CBD balm for pain relief. However, the most relief, wamth, and soothing comfort comes from weariny my new microwaveable mittens! I personally heat for 2 minutes (I’m sure temperature varies per microwave). Unlike other microwaveable neck/shoulder wraps I have, the flax seed inserts don’t have the hops scent when warm, another added bonus! Warm these up, get a comfy blanket, and get ready to relax, warm up, and take a well deserved nap! Highly recommend!

These giant purple mittens are about the most relaxing thing I have ever used. I hadn’t realized how much tension I had built up in my hands and wrists and forearms from hours at the computer each day and long commutes. Making a choice to stop DOING all the things for a few minutes each night, put these heat therapy mittens on forces me to relax and unwind. It’s become a nightly ritual and part of my routine to get ready for bed. You can’t type, text or even use the remote with theses babies on and that’s perfect. I can just sit still or lay down and breath and get ready to close out my day. They are sure easy to use too, heat up nicely and washable 🙂

Absolutely amazing and so soothing! I’m a writer for a living and am constantly typing on the computer which often leaves my hands achy and cramped up. These mittens have helped me so much to relax with at the end of the day and work out all the built up tension. They are truly the perfect amount of worth and I love that the heat bags can be removed from the mittens to use elsewhere (like on your back or shoulders). Overall I highly recommend these even if you don’t have muscle pains just because they are incredibly soothing and are great at helping you to relax. 🙂
